For troop and den leaders
One private space for your troop, pack, or den
Scouting runs on a lot of small coordination, and most of it currently lives in an email chain nobody can search.
- Invite-only
- End-to-end encrypted
- Works on any phone
- Ad-free
Sound familiar
The same four things, every season.
- 01
The family contact list is a spreadsheet attached to an email from last spring.
- 02
Headcount for the campout arrives as fourteen separate replies over five days.
- 03
The photos from the hike are spread across four parents' phones.
- 04
Half the families are not on the social platform where the plan got posted.
How it lands
What each part does for a troop or den leader.
- Directory
Every family in one list that stays current, with each parent choosing what they share.
- Events
Meetings, campouts, and service projects, with a headcount you can actually rely on for planning and food.
- Photos
The hike and the pinewood derby in one album per event, downloadable at full quality by every family.
- Discussion
Gear questions, ride shares, and logistics in threads that stay findable next season.
- Chip In
Campout fees and shared gear, collected without the leader fronting the money and hoping.
The fair question
Is this for the kids to use?
No. Group Space is for the adults coordinating on behalf of the kids. It is not designed for children, it does not offer child accounts, and scouts do not need to be on it. Leaders and parents run the logistics here so the kids can just show up.
Set it up once. Everyone else just joins.
The organizer pays for the group. Every family they invite is free, on whatever phone they carry.
Also for classrooms, sports teams.
