The questions people actually ask
- Do the parents I invite have to pay?
- No. Only the person who owns the group subscribes. Everyone they invite joins free and never sees a paywall, including for full-resolution photo and video downloads.
- I run two groups. Do I pay twice?
- No. The subscription sits on your account, not on a group, so one Premium plan covers every group you host up to the plan's limit. The storage allowance is pooled across them.
- What happens if I go over my storage?
- Nothing disappears. You can no longer add new photos or video until you free some space or add a top-up, and everything already in your groups stays readable and downloadable.
- Can I start free and move up later?
- Yes. The Free tier runs one real group, not a trial. Move up when the group outgrows it, and move back down if it quiets off-season.
- What happens to my group if I cancel?
- Your groups drop back to the Free tier's limits. You keep access to your content, and you will be told what needs to change if you are over the free allowance.
